Refund & Cancellation

At Goldiee Online Store, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality spices and condiments. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below for more information.

Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, you have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@goldiee.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@goldiee.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

It is important to note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
